Can I see/touch the fabrics before I order?

Yes of course, go to Send Swatches to select some swatches you’d like to see before ordering.

How do I know if it will look right in my space?

Only you can be the judge of that, but getting a swatch to compare the colour and weight of fabric to other elements in your home is a good place to start. Visit our Virtual Showroom to have a look.

Can I mix & match prints?

Yes! Don’t be afraid to play with your décor. Your home should represent your personality. Many of the fabrics within the collection are designed specifically to coordinate with other prints.

Can I make a special order?

We do accommodate special orders, for example if you see a design you like but would like it in a different colourway, this can be arranged. Of course we need a certain minimum order to make this viable, so get in touch and we can discuss with you. We also can make some specific products with our current fabric range, so again contact us to learn more.

Do you work with interior designers?

We collaborate with a number of designers around the world and are happy to speak with designers about ordering or bespoke designs. Contact us for more information.

Where are your products made?

Our fabrics are sourced and printed by our trusted partners in Thailand and our cushions are handmade in the UK.

What modes of payment are accepted?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex and Paypal.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled after they have been placed providing the fabric has not been cut and the order has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we cannot stop the delivery of goods in most cases once your order has been processed. If your order has already been despatched and you receive your delivery having notified us of your wish to cancel your order, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.

Please note this cancellation policy does not apply in the case of any custom made products.

Can I get a refund/make a return?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, if you are a Consumer (any natural person acting outside his/her business or profession) and for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund on goods returned to us within 7 days from the date you recieved them provided that you return the goods in a resaleable condition at your own cost. No refund or exchange will be processes for goods that are returned damaged, soiled or if the fabric has been cut. Once we have recieved the goods we will confirm receipt by email and check them through to ensure they have been recieved in a satisfactory condition. Once we have confirmed this we will refudn the price paid for the foods excluding delivery.

When will my order arrive?

If the fabric or cushion you have ordered is in stock, delivery is usually within 2-5 working days to a UK address. Delivery outside of the UK is usually around 10 working days.

How will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive via international shipping and delivered to the address you provide upon ordering. Delivery is usually within local business hours. Drop-off often requires a signature, so please arrange accordingly. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, subsequent attempts will be made.

Will the fabrics fade?

All fabrics fade with time and direct sunlight or over washing are the biggest culprits for fading.

Can I wash my product?

We do not recommend washing curtains, blinds or lampshades. Cushion covers can withstand some washing, but note that all fabrics will begin to fade with repeated washing. To clean any of our products we recommend taking the brush attachment to your vacuum hose and vacuuming the curtains/blinds/lampshade as it hangs – no need to take them down from the window. Washing curtains can ruin their integrity, especially lined curtains.

Can I iron/steam my product?

Creases in curtains/blinds generally work themselves out after hanging for approximately 5-7 days. All our fabric can be ironed, but we recommend you iron on a low setting and iron on the back (non-printed) side. Steaming is also an option, especially for hung curtains, but again keep it at a low setting as over ironing/steaming can make curtains sag.

Can I send my product for dry cleaning?

We recommend trying to clean your products at home with your vacuum, but if they must be sent to the dry cleaners please inform them to process the fabrics with a very gentle treatment. Inform them of any linings or interlinings.
