Delivery
Fabric-only orders are cut after 24 hours of your order placement and are sent out immediately. Depending on your location, fabric tends to arrive within 3-10 working days. Bespoke products are made to order and generally take 2-3 weeks for production, so curtains, blinds, cushions & lampshades should arrive to you within 4 weeks, depending on location. We partner with SingPost for Singapore deliveries and with TNT for international shipments. Please note that local taxes and charges may be applied to your item upon delivery, payment for these are to be made by the customer.
Drop offs are usually within local business hours and some locations require a signature for delivery, so please provide a relevant delivery address and telephone number. Orders are packed with care, but some wrinkling from shipping is possible. All our fabrics are natural and often will lose creases once hung. See Fabric Care for more details.
